WSS EFFECT AND COALITION – COFFEE&TALK WITH THE PRESIDENT

On July 18, 2019, Food Bank MK and few of the organizations from the informal Coalition against hunger and food waste have attended at an official Coffee meeting with the newly elected President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Mr. Stevo Pendarovski. The meeting which was held at the presidential residence – “Vila Vodno” in Skopje, was a result of a promise which Mr. Pendarovski along with the two other presidential candidates – Mr. Blerim Reka and Ms. Gordana S. Davkova – have made, earlier this year, at a panel discussion organized by Food Bank MK.

Тhrough this meeting, the six representatives from the informal Coalition aimed towards informing and to motivating the President to support and to further promote the informal food banking Coalition.
